Ocean Beach is probably the favorite (if not the only beach in SF) beach among many SF residents and the condos near there are famous for having great views.  Although I wouldn’t want to live there simply because I prefer my own house with my own private garage but it’s still a great place to live, if you don’t mind living with others.

La Playa has always been one of those cool condos with great ocean view and walking distance to the best beachs in SF so we don’t see how you could lose on this little cutie at only $615K.  Yes, it’s recession but it’s still cheap for a top floow ocean view in San Francisco with parking too.
