3271 Baker Street Luxury Mansion!

Here’s a real luxury mansion you will not want to miss on 3271 Baker Street for sale at $3.4 Million.

3271 Baker offers an exciting contemporary style blended beautifully with the old world details of the home’s original character. The residence has been expanded significantly with a wonderful design aesthetic. Within a block of the Palace of Fine Arts, one of the Marina District’s most beloved sites, this home enjoys a superb location.

Some of the many upgrades to the residence are evident even before crossing the threshold—from the pavers in the driveway to the solar sensor landscape lighting, hand troweled integral color stucco facade, custom curved iron balcony, travertine porch and 3” solid cedar doors. One can expect the quality to continue throughout.

Original stenciled decorative ceiling beams, wrought iron railings, hardwood floors, stained wood trim and interior beveled glass French doors grace the upper foyer and main rooms of the home. A gas fireplace with lava rock provides a contemporary touch to the living room. A wrought iron curved curtain rod and Thai silk curtains add emphasis to the lovely bowed living room window. The Samsung 40” wall-mounted flat screen TV and Bose Surround System are also included. Recessed lights and wall sconces add to the drama.

French doors lead to the dining room with its inviting outdoor patio, perfect for morning coffee. And that coffee is best provided by the built-in Bosch espresso/coffee machine in the gourmet kitchen. Calcutta D’Oro marble counter tops combine beautifully with white lacquer Italian cabinetry. Appliances are top of the line: 36” Wolf range with grill, VentaHood, Bosch microwave oven, 36” Sub Zero refrigerator, double drawer Fisher Paykel dishwashers, and GE Monogram wine cooler. Superb day and night lighting is provided by the skylight and recessed fixtures. An eat-in area is perfect for less formal meals. The 26” Samsung LCD wall-mounted flat screen TV completes this cook’s showplace.

40 Sea Cliff Avenue with Views of Golden Gate Bridge!

40 Sea Cliff Avenue with Views of Golden Gate Bridge!

In case you are not familiar, Sea Cliff district is the area near the Golden Gate Bridge where a lot of great expensive houses are located with access to private beaches near the Baker Beach.

I actually used to live very close to this area and jogged around the neighborhood couple times a week to locate my new dream home.

This area is definitely a great place to live if you can afford it.

Here’s a 5 bedroom, 5 bath house on 40 Sea Cliff Avenue.  Although the big house offers views of the Golden Gate Bridge, I personally would settle for something with backyard connected to the beach as it offers more breathtaking views and also more privacy.  (How do I know this?  I once jumped over a fence of one of the houses, don’t tell anyone…. shhh…)

With an enviable address, this home is situated on one of the most coveted corners in Sea Cliff. Sea Cliff, one of the San Francisco’s most sought after neighborhoods offers majestic scenery, beaches and parkland. The nearby Presidio, presents an extraordinary, very large combination of parkland, golf courses, restaurants and natural areas around dramatic coastal cliffs. Although the home offers elegant living, it also has a relaxed indoor/outdoor

flow that is essential for truly sophisticated living. Rarely found in homes of even greater size and scale, this property offers a unique blend of features highly sought after by today’s families, with its amazing curb appeal, ideal floorplan, lush accessible garden, Golden Gate Bridge and Bay views from both upper levels, opportunity for expansion and proximity to restaurants and highly regarded local schools.

Solaria Mansions

Here’s a good deal for buying a mansion in San Francisco. The Solaria Mansions come with 6 car garages (which you could probably fit 20 cars for a party) and have panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. This might be one of the most expensive mansions in SF today. You can contact Joshua Borja (contact listed below) for this luxury real estate. (Tell him you saw this on SfOneOfAKind.com!

Check out the Solaria Mansions website here.

Solaria Mansion 1 (above) was inspired by the French Chateau-style architecture of the 18th Century. Solaria Mansion 2, soon to be formally introduced, reflects the 13th century character of a sea-side Venetian villa.

Acabado International has innovatively captured historical elegance in a “state-of-the-art” newly constructed mansion. The successful coupling of “old & new” brings the concept of modern private family dwelling to a new level.

These gated estates offer complete seclusion, nestled on a ridge accessible via a private road. The design & landscape of the Solaria mansions are a product of David Oldroyd of Orlando Diaz-Azcuy Design Associates (ODA-DA) of San Francisco, ranked one of the top five United States design firms by Architectural Digest.

All home fixtures, colors, finishes & appliances were carefully selected by the architect. The homes are currently under construction, with the exterior core & grounds in the final stages of completion. The interior will be completed to the specifications of the buyer in order to allow a personal touch in selecting finishes to match lifestyle and taste.

Final pricing is inclusive of ODA-DA interior design finishes, or buyer-designated alternate choices of equal value.
